Waitlist participation
Joining the waitlist is free. Your position and invite timing are estimates and may change. We may remove signups that appear fake, automated or abusive, including referral fraud.
Founding-member perks
Early access, founding-member perks and referral rewards are not guaranteed. We may change, pause or end them at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no spam, fake accounts, automated signups, attempts to break or overload the service, or unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The REACT name, logo, site design and content belong to REACT. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Disclaimer
The site and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, REACT is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
